THE D
Have any of you seen that new pirate movie? T'is rated R.
Sea Captain walks into a bar, orders a rum. Has this big wooden old ship steering wheel (helm) like mounted to his fly... the bartender is naturally curious so he asks about it. "Cap'n, isn't that a steering wheel? Doesn't that get in your way?"
Pirate says- "Yar. Its driving me nuts."
Yuk yuk. Speaking of stuff like that- I passed a 2mm stone yesterday. Beats passing 50 at once like 3 yrs back!
I bought a new to me snowmobile to replace my old Vmax. This is a 1990 Arctic Cat 440 prowler. Very clean, and well taken care of. Was an UP trail sled, before coming down here and sitting in a barn for the last 10 years. I washed it today, and went through the fluids, and grease fittings. Runs great gets up to 75MPH pretty easily.

Picked up 2 Padron 1964's yesterday.
Thinking about picking up these 6 next, I plan to smoke 2 cigars a week through summer.

Wow this thread has been dead for 2-3 days.
Cleaning out the tool box i found out that apparently the plugs my car used to have in it were platinums 41-921. I thought they all came with iridiums? Unless my cars had spark plugs at some point in its life before i had it but they looked factory and the way the wires came off says the same.
I hit it with a wire wheel so i didn't get my hands dirty bringing it into the house lol

Did a steering angle sensor on a g6 and CV shaft on a Chevy sierra. Both were surprisingly easy to replace, because gm. Did both in about 2.8 hours. Both jobs were my first time too. Seems GM's are the easiest vehicles to repair
I agree for the most part, I also haven't had any problems with working on Fords, I'm sure there are some out there that are a PITA don't get me wrong lol. I will say every Dodge I have ever worked on has been a *****. Something so easy ends up being a complete pain for no reason, stuff just isn't very well thought out. This is once the emissions crap comes into play. The old carb'd setups are easy as **** for the most part for any of the big 3.
Imports, well F*ck imports. You need small hands to even remotely make the jobs easier, but in most cases it's still a PITA.
Anybody see the new Top Coat clear Plastidip has? It makes the paint almost 100% perfect gloss.
I've always wanted a blue car
