Only way to leave them up is to stop them while they are half way up the windshield.

You have to have the wipers on low or high and turn the key off. If it is on delay they will park at the bottom.
I honestly didn't know it either until someone else pointed it out, so I had to try it.
Is the MAF on series 3 motors in the TB or is it between the TB and Air filter.

Hope it fixes my moms car not wanting to start when its warmed up. It stumbles and dies unless you give it gas then its fine

Could also be a fuel pump etc
I was thinking that also. Not holding pressure or something but wouldn't it do it no matter if it was warm or not.

or fuel filter.
It needs the tb pulled off and cleaned. 04+ need that every so often.
Sounds like another thing I'm doing to her car come spring. TB clean, Trans Fluid possibly with transgo shift kit, coolant flush, air filter. It's got 150k on it. It's a Buick Lacrosse 05 I would drive it. Well MAF clean didn't really help it didnt stall, stumbled a bit then it was fine. She said it more responsive and drives noticeably better. I hate drive by wire throttle stuff. I looked for the MAF on the TB and was like Wtf is that big thing.

check the fpr they act up on the n/a engines, start stall deal. pull the vac line see if it stinks of gas.
