the mileage isn't high for an LS/T56 car.

and based on the modifications to the car already, the price is very justified (the gen4 rear end, the custom hurst short shifter, the motor mounts, etc.). those are all things i would have had to do myself.

it seems like H&R springs are the general most widely used spring among the ctsv guys and it looks like they ALMOST tuck tire.

i was probably going to go with these until i decide to go lower at some point down the line, which i'll probably just go ahead and bag it.

a couple quick google examples (in silver, even...):

just to have a place where this is written down again...these wheels:

    front: 20x9 +35mm (245/35R20)
    rear: 20x10.5 +42mm (275/30R20)
these are forgestar f14 wheels, which the CTSV guys had made up special to fit the v1 perfectly.

The wheels are 19x9" +40mm front (semi-concave) and 19x10 +42mm back (deep concave). Forgestar guarantees that they will fit any stock CTS-V. Using the 1010tires offset tool, I calculate that the front wheels will have 4mm less inner clearance versus OEM and extend an extra 8mm on the outside. The back wheels will extend in both directions by an additional 19mm.
the rear is 0.5" wider, meaning it's about 6.5mm less clearance on each side. we'll use 7mm to be safe.

so the wheels i will be going with....

front: 1mm more inner clearance than stock, will stick out 13mm more than stock
rear: back wheels extend an additional 26mm in each direction

i'll probably have to get some trailing arms in the rear that will allow wider wheels or i'll be rubbing on them, but they make those already. i may have to roll the fenders, too...but we all know that's cake. sounds like these should fit without much issue. awesome.

What wheels are you going with? I got the f14's for my car a couple weeks ago. You'll most likely need trailing arms if going 10.5" with the same offset, my rears(19x10) fit but are close.

well now that i know there is someone on here with those wheels i am going to be asking you for measurements, hah!

vossen cv7 are what i'm going to be going with. they'll look like the stock wheels to an extent, but be larger in both diameter and width, obviously. i won't even put in the order for them until next year, though. i am going to run the tires on it now through the year, then swap over to some winter tires on the stock wheels.
