needs more brushless then LOL I win.
I need to get 2 new batteries and both our 4x4's need front axles. I should get on that sooner than later.
I had the Reedy brushless system out of my Apex and mounted in there, but decided what better to run in a vintage rc than a vintage motor.

I tried the 3300kv brushless motor in the RC10B2 and it wasn't much faster than the Trinity Speed Gems 2.
For batteries I have been hearing good things about the Gforce batteries from Value Hobby. http://www.valuehobby.com/power-syst...sc&order=price
Rebuilding the Summit, trying to find someone to make an adapter for the Dewalt 14.4v motor, since Kershaw is closed indefinitely. Yes I dyed the chassis and rockers purple.
And I made some more progress on the RC10B2 rebuild.
VP-Pro Friction soft compound tires front and rear.
Schumacher Tubby medium inserts.
Associated RC10B4.2 front and rear wheels.
Associated RC10B4.2 front caster blocks, axle carriers and axles.
Associated RC10B4.2 front and rear hexes.
Reedy SC600-BL brushless esc.
Traxxas Velineon 3500 brushless motor
81/20 gearing estimated top speed 27.35mph.

Who makes a 1/5th scale Interco Super Swamper?
And my next Rc purchase, like I have previously stated, is going to be a 1/8th scale Arrma, been thinking of getting an Outcast. Tower Hobbies did start stocking Redcat stuff, so they have the Rampage XT, MT and MT Pro. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...AT=CCA&VND=RER

And now for my first thoughts
I took it out for its maiden voyage and man it is fun to drive, on 4s it has a lot more power than I was expecting. I crashed a lot as I am still getting a feel for it. This thing will wheelie for days, but not enough power on stock gearing to do a back flip. Even managed to wheelie right into a sign, thankfully I wasn't going to fast and it just smacked it right in the middle of the chassis.
When jumping the car it seemed to always want to nose dive off of every jump, so pretty much every time I crashed I either did a nose landing then onto the roof or it landed right on the roof, as a result from this one of the rear shock towers ended up poking a hole in my body (as a side I can 100% confirm the body is not painted orange it is made from orange plastic) I had one funky landing where it kind of landed awkward into a rut and I ever so slightly bent one of my front driveshafts. Other than that it held up great to my horrible driving. Can't wait to try 6s.
And a pic of my stickers, cuz why not.
You into boats?
I have that Imex Ontario remember lol.
Ah right, go bigger and faster50 on land aint got **** to 50 on water!
lipo spartan out of the box is all you ever need. dam electric rc boats sound like a sc on steroids.
Added a tower to tower brace to the Outcast.
My first front flip attempt was a success, I would give the landing a 7. My second attempt not so good, landed on the rear of the truck, partially broke my wheelie bar and popped my rear sway bar off one side. Many front flips later I got that **** down.
Im still waiting for my xt90 connectors so I can run it on 6s...... This thing is going to be a monster on 6s.

Just some updates on the Orangecast. The stock pinions are notorious for grenading on 6s. Running a Robinson Racing Hardened 12t pinion now and all is good.
Vinyl wrapped the chassis with some Orange Morning Wood Camo Vinyl, installed my rear Rpm A Arms, and my Voltage Hobbies skid plates.
Installed my Hot Racing Chassis braces, Rpm wing mount and redid my tower to tower brace. And you can kind of see the Tekno Orange springs front and rear. Front shocks I am running 800cst and rear is 538cst oil with full preload all around.
