that looks a lot like my first real boat. it was a 14 foot 1967 fabuglas with a 40 hp Johnson from 1958 on the back. that ran well.

Sounds like fun. I'm still waiting on my first boat. It might be a few years but i'd like a ~16ft Bayliner runabout. I/O or outboard I haven't decided yet.

heres a tip for boats, what ever you think is big enough, well its not. i wound up getting a 24 foot cuddy cabin walk around, it was good for 3 adults fishing, 4 made it tight for sure. after spending 8 hours or aka all day on the water, you wish it was bit bigger all the time lol

bigger the boat, the smoother the ride too, that 14 footer busted us all up pretty good if the water got rough.
