Yeah brushless will come, but lipos first.

And a charger with balance capabilities built in. I have been using a Duratrax (can't remember model) and an Astro a blinky to balance the cells. I have 1 for Lipo and 1 for A123 cells I also run. The A123's are really stable and last forever and are rated 60C burst and 30C continuous, but they are hard to fit in most battery compartments. Lipo are a night and day difference over Nimh or Nicad.

I'm gonna get a couple of these Lipos, they were recommended on Ultimate RC forums, http://spcracingbatteries.com/index....rice&order=ASC
And I was looking at this charger http://www.ebay.com/itm/111736669896
Then I was gonna swap the truck over to Deans connectors from the EC3 plugs.
Made a quick video of my friends nephew playing with the mini Ruckus. He still hasn't quite mastered steering or backing up yet. Need to get a vid of the 1/10 doing some jumps.
In the backround of that video you can hear my friends neighbors pitbull barking, well needless to say he got off his leash.
Pitbull 1 Mini Ruckus 0
And on a side note did some speed runs with the 1/10 and it topped out at 20 mph.

Those should work just fine. You've probably seen that Max Amps is nothing more than the same quality batteries for 6 times the price overrated and horrible service so stay away from those. I have some Ace brand batteries that are still good to this day and are about 5 years old. They pretty much all come from china anyway. That charger I believe a friend has one or one like it. It allows you to connect to a PC and you can see the charge rate, time and a few other things like cell balance. I wish I would have waited to get my charger as it is only 12V powered and didn't have a balance option (Duratrax ICE). That one I think is 110 and 12V powered and has balance charging built in.

Most of the time you are just paying for the name. They are all probably made in the same factory.

We're working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can.

Now its working.
Well finally broke something on the 1/10. I guess 20mph into a curb something is going to break. Simple fix, just need to pick up some heat shrink tubing.

So I ordered a battery off eBay, the title of the listing lists that the battery is DYN1070EC, which is a 3300mah battery with an EC3 connector, and what did I get? A ****ing DYN1070 which has a ****ing Tamiya connector. Does anyone happen to have any EC3 connectors or a bunch of deans connectors that I can buy off them?
-edit-
I messaged the seller and he offered me a partial refund, but I told him not to worry I needed an excuse to convert to deans anyway.
