I am wondering the same. I have run into many people over the years that think their car is fast because its a sports car, it feels / sounds much faster than their old car, they assume your car is slow because it is an "X", etc. I would verify before the race that it is stock and go for it.

a couple things you should know before your race is. is it awd or fwd and check for headers and nos lines. i agree with whats being said. check for better flow mods and a boost controller
