Its not particularly the nofault part of it that makes our insurance system so crap.. Its more to do with the MCCA fees and the unlimited PIP coverage that is required to be on all insurance policies. A typical MCCA and unlimited pip coverage fee increases the average personal auto account by 15-18% right on top of the premium.

Michigan is the only state that has this aggressive of a state ran reinsurance.... and it is currently in our michigan government to be recalled.
