amd is lil slower, but way cheaper. ive ran both sides, both sides are awesome.
i have a amd penom II x4 @ 3.5 GHZ WITH 8 Gigs of ram, a 6870 gpu and have no issues running all games on the highest settings.
but im getting a 6970 to make sure!!
edit i love those pasmark links on cpu's, go grab some skyrim benchmarks and battfield 3 benmarks, youll find amd isnt that much slower, ive learned to to those graphs with grain of salt and look at game benchmarks

Ok you want the most boss computer, two GTX 590's. You will never have to replace your graphics cards. Also get an I7, the new sandy bridge I7 are amazingly fast. Better than AMD. More expensive yes, but they are worth the money. Send me a message if you need help finding quality **** brah

you can buy pretty much every damn cable sleeved nowadays, most cases have enough room to store cables behind them and people got their ziptying experience from car mods... im proud of my cable managment, considering it took 3 fking hours to do properly.

and i even remember using electrical tape back in the day when intel pentium 4 was released to tidy up the cables

amd is gonna make their own ram now. its getting really easy to do an "im only using amd parts" desktop i do suggest u stick with nvidia cards vs amd nowadays unless you want a driver headache. heard dreadful stories about amd cards and their performance in recently released games.

ATI's are a real pain in my azz to configure on laptops sometimes. Trying to get the HDMI's to play audio, getting them to clone\ show on a second display. Extending desktop. God i hate the Mobile ATI's. I won't buy a laptop with ATI graphics.

    NVIDIA FTW Mobile wise...

As for Desktop Builds i'm on the fence. Being able to run 3d with one card is nice vs Nvidia thinking you need 2-3 Cards. Also you can run more than 2 Displays off a ATI card vs limitations to 2 monitors per card on the Nvidia's even though there are 3 outputs. More than likely since you went AMD your board is gonna support Crossfire so go ATI unless your board supports SLI and Crossfire then you can get either and be quite happy.

TMSC i think it is, they're responsible for manufacturing the wafers.

    They're having trouble with it.

Also lack facilities to meet the expected demand.

I'd venture to guess a soft launch will occur.
