that old man summed it up in a nut shell!

that baby killer only has to serve one more year for lying to the police, 4 counts, 3 years served, and 1 to go, 1 year per lie, court system failure here for sure.

i wish i could see the reasonable doubt like the jury did, bunch of ball less assholes.

anythings possible, her defense lawyers are trying to argue that she only lied 4 times in 1 day so she should get time served, i say call a hit man, she should never walk free again. her whole family's getting death treats too.

who kills a kid (even if it was accidental) puts the body into a plastic bag and toss's it into a swamp? and then goes for a tattoo? one f'ed up chick.

and shes been proven to do nothing but lie everyday of her life it seems.

Yeah no **** man. I still can't believe the jury found her not guilty. I wouldn't be surprised, and wouldn't mind if she got taken out. Oh, I also heard her say that she was gonna have another kid when she got out.

I know Drunkie. You have to base your decision by what is proven with solid evidence and not personal prosecution.

Yeah when they were reading the verdict, she was "crying" then when found not guilty, she turned around and smiled. And... some director already wanted her to be in a movie. Then he got threats and retracted his request.

She seems guilty but that doesn't make a person guilty, juries can't and won't put people to death if there is any doubt whatsoever and in this case almost all the evidence was in doubt.

State of Illinois had to stop putting people to death because many of the states victims were wrongly accused or unjustly tried.

    If that is your defense...

then try to answer these questions...

Why was there Chloroform found and tons of information researching it on the computer and how much it took to do "x" to said child...

    And...

Why...there was duct tape found on the kid? Why would you need to duct tape a child's mouth for ANY REASON?

Neither of those questions were brought up...so...said trial was moot.

Like I said before, she'll be dead in a year.

just saw the news tonight, shes getting out of jail on July 13 th, no probation, or parole. scott free, wtf!

the nanny is suing her, and the state of FL will sue her for hundreds of thousands to repay for the searches they did for a kid she knew was dead and long gone. so any moneys she makes is going to go bye bye's real fast.

the fvcking media should be running these cases, they did a better job investigating and convicting her.

and i totally understand how the system works, the jurors didn't hear everything that the we heard through the media, they are cut off, so they have to rule by what they hear in the courts. i say let them go home and watch cnn all they want!

Like I said before, she'll be dead in a year.

When an individual dies due to chloroform overdoes the liquids inside the body react in such a way that they will seep from available openings. In this instance I would presume that original intent had been to force the child into "sleep". However, upon realization that something was wrong...google, google, google. She taped the child's mouth shut in an attempt to keep the body from continually "leaking" fluids.

She already proved she's not the brightest bulb. Murder most likely wasn't her intent or I'm sure that behaviour would have appeared in other aspects of her life.

Most of you might be ready to lynch her now but I'd hate to see mob mentality prevail when an individual is innocent. Sadly, the media doesn't hype stories about the wrongly accused. Maybe if we're lucky we can just build coliseums and let the accused fight for innocence instead?

The reality is that we're all guilty. We all fail on a daily basis to notice the struggles we bare. It's easy to say that Casey is a terrible liar now. But how many others hid behind those lies to protect their self serving lifestyles? How many people were willing to sacrifice their daily routines for a child who was threatened based on her mom's negligence on a daily basis? Although they're typically lesser extremes, we turn our heads from these matters every day. How many children did we fail today? How many of those children are adults tomorrow? But who cares?...****'em all right? Because they didn't care first?

The media did a better job convicting her....even before the trial started. The jurors didnt hear what we heard through the media, because most everything you see on the news is embellished. They liked to over exaggerate and speculate on every piece of evidence there was. They had to, because the only evidence they had, was that the poor baby was dead. No evidence as to who her murderer was.

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.
