Too bad we can't trade some immunities. I take meds to back my immune system off.

Sickness comes with having a child. Your body adjusts. We have found that if we run a cool mist humidifier in our sons room that he doesn't get sick all that often. Vitamins help too.

you never adjust to kids bring home germs, you just get sick, sometimes when they dont get sick themselves, lived for 12 years with that crap.

once we broke up, i no longer get sick, small colds here and there, sore throat at best.

nothing like when i lived with the kid and would be laid up for a week in bed, sick as a dog.

My grand daughter is 4. She stays with us a lot. I'm glad she's a healthy kid. With my immune system weak I catch everything. Now that she's started to pre-k she'll probably bring everything home.

We home school so we don't have to worry about that problem yet. We do hang out with a lot of friends that had kids and Gavin really doesn't get sick.

I just ran around the house closing windows because it was raining sideways.

On immune systems... I haven't been sick for months since I started eating well and exercising... except last night, when I seemed to crush a stomach flu in about four hours. So, I guess I got sick because I was weakened from the last eight days of binge drinking, but still strong enough to fix itself. I'm used to being sick for days.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

Well we finally got out of the 100+/-* temps when the hurricane hit a while back, but since its been off an on storms so washing would only work for a day or so and it'd be dirty again. Finally have a good cool period of no rain so I can properly wax the car. Now I'll just need to steal a PC so I can do it right, my old buffer sux something fierce, but its better than nothing I suppose.

Considering the wax has to dry before you can remove it?

    Borrow a garage.

I wish I could open windows in my house... Windows are kinda stuck lol. Not all of them. But you might break something trying to open them. Like I said...new windows asap.

But the good news: I got word today from uncle, he spent an hour on the phone with the bank and talked to 5 representatives and he did cease the foreclosure and evictions and is expecting a call in 7-10 business days to set up payments or whatever needs done.
Amen and hallelujah I don't have to move!
