I'm a sucker for the old salsa fries. Hot ones are pretty good too though. But still, I had my flavor I liked and they got rid of it.
why are you posting gifs in the random thought thread?
So I got rid of my iJesus and got an HTC One X. Me gusta... It's so much nicer lol. And I finally get a signal in my dorm!
Android > iOS
ALSO I'm going to a track for the first time tomorrowRacing a couple buddies: 2011 Speed3, 1970 El Camino, and maybe a 2011 (I think) WRX.
I think I've got a chance with the Speed3 and El Camino though because it's a 1/8th mile trackHopefully gonna get vids and if not I'll at least post times for everyone. Excited.
I'm GPF from bed right now LoL be jelly Danielle!
do it.. leave a sign on your desk saying "out in shop making pellets" then a sign on a pelletizer "in office at desk"
See how long it takes for someone to do a few loops.
Ok guys....since I've been day dreaming about this house all night and morning, I'll share some pictures.
In all these pictures is exactly how the house looked last night, furniture and everything is still there.
Front porch (brand new this year as well as front door)
Old old barn, would be torn down after beams were salvaged (it's got the old half round bark still intact rafters!)
Gorgeous stair railing
It's a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1,738 sq ft. Totally gutted in 2005 and redone with high end fixtures and such. Everything was done to a T. Plumbing in basement was perfect and not skimped on. Newer furnace and central air units, new roof, all new double hung tilt out windows, Spanish lace on all the ceilings, gorgeous wood trim and doors throughout the house, tile floor in kitchen/bathroom and wood laminate in dining room.
They had a book of pictures along the way during remodel and the house was a mess before these people. They really took their time and did a super nice job on everything. It's beautiful!
I'm starting to really like it a lot. Pretty sure when we do the 2nd walk thru with parents that I will fall in love with it.
The garage would be tore down along with barn, and a 2 car garage/shop and a 30x40ish barn would be built as well.
Sorry the pictures are small, I took them off Realtor website.
Had my GI doctor appointment this morning, she was a great doctor, sweet but funny. She was a hoot. After we talk for a bit I expressed my doubt in trying meds again (as this is attempt #2) and she goes in a romanian accent "Oh it getuh mucha better, I promise!" and I started laughing. Ah, her accent makes me laugh. Kinda Italian mixed with German sounding...you just gotta hear it. But she was so blunt talking about everything which I really liked.
Overall I'm impressed, I'm glad surgery was not her first response, but I'm also glad she did NOT completely dismiss the idea.
The living room I'm assuming? It's actually not bad in person, lol. It didn't look so pea soup green. I honestly can say I would probably leave the walls alone for a few years. The paint cans are in the garage so touch ups "should" be easy.
Lee didn't hate the green which surprised me!
Our realtor was firm in believing it won't appraise at $120 but she would never say what she thought it should be priced at. Having no stable barn hurts it the most, but we would add that on.
They obviously aren't selling this house to make money as there is more than $40k of work done. They bought it in poor condition for $80k in 2005. Packed up their personals and left, I'm waiting to hear the story.
Scope up your butt?
not us.. YOU
