i just called a guy about a part out, its a 98 regal with a spoiler on it, (its aftermarket and has the led lights in it) car is black, like mine, rear reflector on the trunk is in good shape, trunk lid has no dents, just some light scratches. and all he wants is 60 bucks for it, bad part hes going on vacation and wont be back for 3 weeks

i asked for a pic of the trunk, this is what i got.



after the buff job i did on my paint, im sure i can bring this back to life too.

Why don't you use RTV?

im going to a paint supply shop tomorrow to pick up a can of paint.. will see what they say/have available in the way of a doublesided foam pad.. otherwise im using 3M molding tape

1st job went by so quick today...2nd job is dragging on....Omg, I might go insane (more so than I already am)

So there's a car show down the road. Next to said car show is a performance shop. They're doing 60ft runs. Gawd they sound so good.
