This whole house searching thing is exhausting. Between trying to find one in the price range to finding one with 20 acres that includes farm ground and is less than 20 yrs old....and way over the price range. But has everything we want. Decisons decisions....
Lee really is hoping I get an interview and get a new job cuz I'd make good money and it would make spending more on a house a little more ok.

Got all the bank papers, not much to go on really. A death certificate and few notarized forms. All I can say is we're gonna need a damn prayer tomorrow..

Thank you D! I'm sure if I have good luck I'll be calling and texting every one I know. I've got a lot of decision making riding on this deal.

I did however do my homework and thoroughly went through all the paperwork. As it turns out..on paper we didn't drag our feet. Of course the time period between no payment and foreclosure looks bad but the minute we received foreclosure notice, I have documents noting our progress and efforts every step of the way so hopefully that will help us.

Really digging farcry3. Such a sweet game. Specially if you like sniping and sneaking. It's the main element LoL sure you can go in guns blazing. But it's harder.

just got off the phone with the ol lady, apparently at one this morning i jumped up and started freaking out thinking i was late. i must of turned it off or something. ironic isnt this

my friend GF's whos car id been working on, it came down to changing the whole distributor, coil, and cam sensor. its all inside the distributor, one shot deal to fix. it costs 200 bucks. she says ill let it go for now. ( mind you the car barely runs)

ff to the hurricane sandy, she gets this great idea to have the car totaled by fema, all she needs is a letter from a dealer saying its dead due to flood damage.

she dropped it off at least 2 weeks ago, they call her up and say its out of gas and wont start, ( thats whats wrong it wont start) car had gas. first sign this place blows.

yesterday they called her up and want to,,, get this, hold on to your hats.......charge her 1300.00 to change just a distributor cap and rotor.

i told her not to have that done as i just changed it. i then told my friend/ her boy friend ive been grossly under charging her for working on this car lol

every thing ive found points to the coil and or cam sensor being bad, dealer just cant figure this out???????

Been doing batteries for a number of friends lately. I insist on getting them a $45 scratch/dent and letting me do the work while they make me dinner. Seen mechanics charge up to 3 hours for a battery change, and the going rate out here is about $95/hour. When I tell them I saved them $200-400 on something anybody with tools can do in only 15 minutes, the beer flows like wine.

I need to vent quickly.....I'm in a mood today.

Yesterday I scrubbed toilets at work and today I'm washing windows.
I HAVE A DAMN BACHELORS DEGREE AND IM AN OFFICE MANAGER SCRUBBING TOILETS.
