Scotty, won't ya know I called in probably July or August, they wouldn't let me cancel. So they gave me a free month. Which ended up lasting like 2 before I seen a bill. I still ain't paid it.. lol. they sent me an email telling me it would be disconnected but I haven't turned it on so how long do I need to wait to get in that loophole ?

if left unpaid it will be turned off, takes a month or so for them to catch up and actually turn it off.

then they send you the email for 25 bucks for 6 months. pretty sure they just make new xm accounts every time your do that. i've never been asked to pay a past due balance when getting the 6 months for 25 bucks. aka many free months have been used up lol

okay that's what it was... i mean i like it, but i don't know that i like it enough to create another bill. i like my money. and i don't like it being sprayed all over the airwaves lol

fm sucks so bad here. i got 2 stations i can deal with.

and XM plays so much louder and clearer then Fm. i may have to re up and do the 25 for 6 months again. problem is i dont drive enough to justify it. when i had a driving job it more then paid for itsself. especially when i had to go to Maryland, they got no radio down there at all. literally nothing.

yeah see that's the thing. its 25 mins to work 25 home. and i've grown to like some of the stations and radio talk around here so. and in my experience (granted i use the fm transmitter) the xm radio comes through quieter and less hard hitting. I get more bass out of fm radio.

fm transmitters suck and they kill the volume for sure. the tape deck adapter is the best way short of a aux port.

Driving through Maryland there are 3 stations. Radio Disney, country music, and Radio Disney.

My favorite station is based out of Morgantown, WV and it literally dies at the WV/MD border. I make sure to have my CD's ready when driving though Maryland.

i was hoping someone would back me up on that lol the first trip there i was like wtf? had the xm back on before the next trip less then a week later.

nothing like a 5 hour drive each way listening to the hum of a engine.

i don't have a tape player. lol.

must say i'm not in a habit.. i got an e cig for the simple of enjoyment of keeping me awake when i'm driving. It gives me something to do and something fun to do that keeps me up.. might go to a manual vap dripper though.

and as far as you mod'ing them... that would sketch me out a little bit... i've hear of cigs blowing up and destroying your face... i'd be hesitant to tinker... but then again.. you might not be able to help it..
