Had my interview for the full time gig. It went okayyy.
Instead of asking the two questions I was told they'd ask (and prepared for) they just opened the floor to my questions. So to play it off I started joking around with them about how I had prepared answers for their many many questions. So after a lot of lotty dah about the position and this and that I got a chance to tell them the things that would give them reason to hire me instead of someone else. So after my long spill we talked more.
Long story short, interview was slightly awkward but went well enough. They just caught me off guard the way they conducted it. The only thing I have working against me is time with the company/experience. I just haven't been trained to do certain things yet and they expect this of someone in that position.
Which I made abundantly clear I want to learn these things and have been wanting to learn these things and would still like to learn if and when I get it.
And my supervisor is backing me on this and she has spoke with hr so I hope that her good words and my interview is enough.
