I thought the guy was doing some kind of prank. Then i scrolled down a little and realized this was absolutley real( and freaky).

Creepy. Wasn't there a show on like HBO or something a while ago about people with these? I was flipping through the channels one day and there was a show about a guy who was obsessed with his doll. He went shopping for it and everything. People like that are not right.
