sounds a lot like my friends z06 he had, it had head work, headers, cam, and 3 inch pipes out the back, first gear he'd hit 60 mph,(this thing was like being glued to the seat) he went to inspection, and the guy just laughed at him, and said and i quote, your kidding right????
