Good Job Yo! I'm one giant turd from losing some more I can feel it! No really I can, I haven't shat in like 2 days!
Vegetables, coffee, situps. You're going to die.
7 days since I last worked out and I'm losing my mind. Need this shoulder to heal pronto. Car's in better shape for it, but I feel like crap.
I worked out mon and tues and today i mowed for 1 hour 45 min push mowing.
Wow good job! I'm hoping to lose at least 75 lbs. 100 would be great too!
It's an everyday thing for me. Even though I have lost it all, I have to control what I'm eating. I allow myself junk food all the time, just less of it. I saw your pics and you are doing awesome. I know you can do it!
a side note for muscle gains: muscle confusion. you cant say one particular workout is better than another. it's not as beneficial do the same thing all the time. switch it up
Went to GNC today to get more supliments. Gal gave me a crap ton of samples and free stuff. I even got a gym bag. Alot of the free crap i'll never use like the Kim Kardashian Quik Trim pftt i want nothing to do with anything she endorses.
Muscles do not get confused. Muscles will adapt to a work load, but not the motion or sequence. Overload the muscle, rest it for recuperation, and repeat. Muscle confusion myth is a misconception based on the concept of 'pump' in body development. The pump is a temporary phenomenon wherein the person gets a feeling that the muscles have expanded right after the workout. The feeling of a pump is basically a misunderstanding of the sensation which is triggered due to the accumulation of lactic acid and myofibril contraction, which leads to the constriction of blood flow. This in turn triggers a rush of blood into the capillaries of the working muscles making them appear as if they have expanded.
But that doesn't mean I wouldn't welcome suggestions for exercises that build more sheer muscle mass than overhead squats and pullups.
jumped back into insanity again. i had to make new holes in my belt for smaller size.
what do you guys suggest for bulking up? the whole insanity deal is 95% cardio and core.
I'm about to start this program for bulking Bodybuilding.com - Jim Stoppani's 12-Week Shortcut To Size The science behind it sounds good so i am going to give it a try. Ill see in 3 months if its good haha
