Every guy I talk to that's in great shape tells me the same thing: Diet's the most important thing about how he got there. Eating clean is "as important" - or from what these guys tell me - more important than the exercise. I stumbled across a pretty nice low carb food pyramid today. Thought it was pretty cool. For those that don't know how a pyramid works, you eat more of the stuff at the bottom and less of the things on top.
