Still been working out but I have not been able to get any running in due to this crazy weather (for instance it snowed today). Still taking pre and post workouts and I have noticed my arms, shoulders, and chest getting bigger and more toned as the days go by, and surprisingly my stomach still manages to get smaller as I keep doing ab workouts. Haven't lost any weight recently but I'm at the point now where the weight that needs to come off is fat on my stomach, legs, and some on my rear as well. Gotta keep going at it and get in shape for beach season!!!! Well we don't have beaches but being able to take my shirt off and drive around and whatnot comfortably would be fun.
