Thats why im taking Hcl, it isnt suppose to hold your water weight.
Hence why i stopped on the Monohydrate.
Ive already lost 2 pounds while on Hcl, could just be water weight from previously.
And on top of this, counting calories sucks.. i need 3000 to maintain, 2400 to cut, and 1800 for extreme fat loss. Ill stick with 2400 calories a day. I did some body fat calculator also, says im 8.4% body fat.
All im really trying to do is lose the last 5ish~ pounds around my lower waist and love handles and to gain a little definition all over. I work hard on my core and want my 6-pack to be very defined. Who wouldnt? and the last lower fat belt i have is whats holding my back from having a great defined core.
Im still working out 6 days a week to gain muscle + cardio to cut. Thats why im still on a creatine form, hcl, because im still trying to gain muscle while losing that last hard 5ish pounds.
