Thats why im taking Hcl, it isnt suppose to hold your water weight.
Hence why i stopped on the Monohydrate.
Ive already lost 2 pounds while on Hcl, could just be water weight from previously.
And on top of this, counting calories sucks.. i need 3000 to maintain, 2400 to cut, and 1800 for extreme fat loss. Ill stick with 2400 calories a day. I did some body fat calculator also, says im 8.4% body fat.
All im really trying to do is lose the last 5ish~ pounds around my lower waist and love handles and to gain a little definition all over. I work hard on my core and want my 6-pack to be very defined. Who wouldnt? and the last lower fat belt i have is whats holding my back from having a great defined core.
Im still working out 6 days a week to gain muscle + cardio to cut. Thats why im still on a creatine form, hcl, because im still trying to gain muscle while losing that last hard 5ish pounds.

I started out eating salmon baked in rice with herbs for flavor I would bake an entire fish and rice in a pouch and eat it throughout the day
Anytime I felt hungry I would eat just enough untill I was no longer hungry (Might have eaten about 20 times throughout the day) But I never kept track.
Also had plain oatmeal with honey for sugar at breakfast.
After a month of that I startet making turkey chili with ALOT of beans (kidney, pinto, blah blah blah just ALOT of different kinds) I ate the same kind of diet though only eating when you're hungry untill you no longer are....
Then I moved to chicken breast and rice same amounts.....
Now I am eating mostly raw veggies with hummus for flavor at least attempting to eat as little processed foods as possible

Cutting does not mean dropping water weight - that's show prep/competition weigh-in shenanigans. Water weight will continue to fluctuate constantly with your diet. Cutting means dropping bodyfat. Creatine in no way changes your bodyfat.
Your body can only use so much creatine in a day... you'd be pooping the rest. That being said, the Hcl shouldn't irritate your stomach the way mono will. The SizeOn is partially mono (half?), and a serving contains, what 5-6g? That's plenty in one day. As far as I'm concerned, you'd be wasting your money to add more creatine. Also, the SizeOn, like I've said before, is kind of a big pile of sugar... which most people will confirm does not help you lose fat.
Also, on timing: If I recall correctly, digestion is somewhat suspended during great physical exertion. Sitting on the couch, it'll take like an hour to hit the blood stream... longer if you're working out. Just something to keep in mind. From what I've read, creatine's half life, in terms of blood-serum levels, doesn't really change anything... as long as you take 2-5g/day, at any point in the day. If I were fanatical about creatine, I'd take 2g 2 hours before the workout, and 2g before bed.

How much salmon is that exactly? Wikipedia only told me the maximum weight for a salmon, which is over 100lbs.

You should be pretty cut, without love handles at 8.4%.
Ahh yes, just the person i wanted to reply to my post.
SizeOn i believe has roughly 4g of creatine if im not mistaking. So it would be that + the Hcl. Im thinking that would be to much creatine in one day.
As for body fat %, it was just a calculator that i googled so i dont know how correct it is but, if i had to guess im between 12% and 8% picture. So i would say im actually roughly 10% body fat in my guess. I already am quite cut and do have a 6-pack indeed BUT it mainly stands out towards the top of my abdominal region. The lower you go the more it disappears. I just have that last 5ish pounds (guess) at my love handles i want gone which is the last amount of fat to go anyways.
Im not going to take any shirtless pictures for Kolton, sorry.
And as for monohydrate.. The reason i quit taking that for now because it stores water, and wont that make you lose definition but just make you look "bigger" or "fuller" without the definition? Thats what im assuming. So for that reason i quit taking Mono and picked up some Hcl powder since it isnt suppose to retain water and i can get more Definition while still building muscle.

Some people put on a little water weight with creatine... some don't. Some people put on water weight eating beef. Really, it should drop off in two days when you stop taking it if you're looking to impress a girl. I've never heard of online calculators being particularly good, but no method seems flawless. Judging on looks is easy enough.

Heres another question, kind of dumb.
To lose weight you need to go on a Calorie Deficit diet.
Personally i need to take anywhere less than 2400 calories to burn fat.
Well lets say i took in 1200 for the day all the way up until 7pm, and i still have roughly 1000 calories left that i can take in to still be on deficit. Lets say i finished those last calories by eating a meal at McDonalds or some unhealthy food.
Im aware you need to eat fish and chicken and what not. Need to eat healthy... Good calories? But what if i took in 2400 calories of McDonalds for the day... Bad calories?
I mean calories are calories right? There isnt different forms of them? So if i took in 2400 calories of McDonalds a day, im still on a calorie Deficit diet, correct?
Im not saying im going to do this, im just curious is all.

It's not the calories you should be worried about when it come's to fast food.
It's everything other than actual food they put in it.
They can coat your colon with gunk and not allow it to do it's job wasting away nutrients you should be absorbing.
Try cutting non-homemade food and ALL soda from your diet and see how that goes for you.

I used to agree with that, but from what I'm finding, part of it's in the macros. Manage your macros incorrectly, and you'll still mess it up. For example, if you're eating 0 carbs, 30% protein, and 70% fat... you're not going to feel great and might actually get fat. I've decided my usual ideal is something like 0% carb, 60% protein, 40% fat... but it doesn't always work out if you're as lax as me... just something to shoot for. There's really nothing wrong with stuffing down 3 McDoubles... there's worse things to eat. Some people get away with it daily. As an athlete, you might begin to feel a difference, though... you're free to experiment with your own body.
Interestingly, carb backloading with "junk food"... um. Lemme track down some blog posts about it, actually. It's fascinating and other people have gone on about it at length, so no need for me to do so. I'll edit shortly.
As for colon coating... I've never heard of that. Insofar as I have researched digestion, everything either gets digested or pooped.

and lol at 3k maintain 2400 cut 1800 extreme. 1800 is 2.4lbs gone in a week, that isnt fat going byby honey.
Mac's 40p/40c/20f. do it calculate it be a man and not a americant. for a cut I wouldnt do more than 37/37/26. You could do 42.5/42.5/15 but there is no need to go that low.
