OH I DO! I was down 57lbs now im down like 50lbs. It pisses me off. I just need to get back in the groove.
should have never fell out of a groove. If you got a groove that you jump in and out of then your really not serious enough. Your either on the train or your not.
OH i'm still in the groove. I haven't given up. Got a bike over the weekend. Rode it 3 days in a row now. Makes my legs feel like jello and my ass hurt but I have fun riding it. It's kind of a POS bike but for 50.00 i can't complain too much.
As a consolation prize for feelin' crappy, I managed to put 20lbs on my press tonight, presumably lifting the bar with my mind.
Bought me some riding shorts today.
Kinda ugly but it'll sure save my ass.

Diarrhea works too~!
Appetite's been waning lately, but still trying to eat hefty. Put 30lbs on my front squat in two months. Nabad. If I wasn't smoked from squats the day before, I might have passed the 300lb mark, which is a shame.
Rode over 6 mi this morning on the mountain bike. All trails.
I finally found out who this broad is.

And I gotta say, she's putting some of your lame asses to shame. She's 83 and out-lifts you because you don't lift (and you should see her gardens!). Quit being out-manned by a grandmother and start squatting and deadlifting.
That article brought my deadlift up 25lbs. Guess I'm aiming for 550 for Christmas.
I guess you could say i lift bro?
I believe that KreAlkayn EFX stuff really works.
I am now 130-132lbs. I've added 20 lbs to my bench, 10 to my curls, am now at solid 20 pull ups.
Starting to introduce more core workouts, and damn its working.
Prior to Krealkyn i was 126-128 lbs. Around 115 on bench, 25lb curls, and about 16 pull ups.
Now I'm at the confidence part of my working out that i would rather be without a shirt at all times lol![]()
Congrats on putting your first set of wheels up on bench, dude.
Tomorrow, I'm gonna play with benching since I haven't for a while. Haven't maxed in forever and won't unless I find a spotter. Usually just put on whatever I can do 5 reps at (~235) and bench until I'm bored. I hate asking for a spotter (there's three people at that gym I trust with my jaw), and hate stealing the only power rack for bench pressing unless it's like 10am-2pm on a weekday when nobody's home.
Edit: I know a lot of you cats bench and don't find that exceptional... I do it like once a month, tops. I usually focus on standing press, both because I find it a better exercise, and because it's more useful to me as an accessory to both clean/press and snatch.

Haven't been to the gym in way to ****ing long. Its been a Few weeks now. Still losing weight fairly steadily though. I hit a rough patch for a month or so and couldn't lose any thing. But I'm Down to 253 last I checked. That's 43 pounds total. Too bad that's been over a year, consistency is my Achilles heel.
