500lb deadlift IN. Almost three whole months early. Special thanks to:
Annotations of an Autopsy for barraging my worthless soul with rage and indignation
and
Shady Maple Bacon Sausages for giving me a glimpse of Valhalla to strive for.
Was scooting around one of my favorite blogs today and thought of one of you. My gut says it was Kolton, but what do I know? I think he's one of the gainers. Anyway, amusing quote:
People who can't gain weight fall into two very distinct categories: people with AIDS or some other wasting disease, and people who don't eat enough. ...By the way, for any of you who think you can't gain weight, I'd suggest you head over to Uno Chicago Grill for a Deep Dish Chicago Classic Pizza. The individual pizza has 2310 calories, 99g of protein, 120g carbs, and 165g of fat. One of those every now and again and you'll have to gain weight- no regulars at Unos look like they're moonlighting as extras on Schindler's List.
Came across a little inspiration for those cats trying to get strong with isolation exercises: 2 months of heavy squatting; zero testicles.

i am gonna try and start getting back into running a little. i really need to do it on my own, though. going out running with the wife holds me back and i have to walk every half mile.
Picked up some SLA's with Thermogenics.. I will see how they do in the next 3-4 weeks. I will be taking them before the work out.
Don't forget to eat and sleep, kids! I got shivers and almost honked at the gym tonight. 1.5 hours of sleep, and only a protein shake over the course of 14 hours. Regardless, I still got a workout in.
I haven't been able to afford my supplements lately and my diet has been suffering. Same goes with the protein shakes.
On a good note i did crank out a 9:30 mile yesterday! Woot Woot!
Hows about finding what good **** is in food at the grocery store and consuming the **** you need the "normal" way?
On second thought, thats crazy.
How's about minding your own business and letting others lose weight the way they want? Thermogenic's work along with a good healthy diet and eating sensible.
PS I don't eat alot of sh1t that is bad for me from the grocery store. Protein shakes for muscle recovery...
You lost 50lbs on your own in a year? I eat healthier and exercise almost daily. Trust me i don't eat all that greasy sh1t anymore. I try to find things good for me to eat.
Compared macro nutrients by percentage of calories to my vegan friend today. Fascinating that we could vary so much, especially considering he's the only vegan I've ever seen eat real food.

Wow...
I ran a 8:52 mile today. Slowly getting faster.
FML haven't been able to work out for the last 3 weeks and probably won't be able to for another month or so. Have to have a lump in my armpit removed, just gotta try and eat healthier while I'm down. The muscle loss is gonna kill me though.
Sucks buddy. You'll get back at it.
Dropped from 185 to 167 pounds over the summer, keeping my diet going and now repping on bench 245, 5 times.
Weigh 167 and bench 245 x 5, i think thats pretty decent if you ask me.
Wow that's almost twice your weight. That's pretty good!
