ive been consistently losing 2+ pounds each week so far.
Monday.. Nearly the same as Friday. 860ish calories in the hour and 5 minutes. Did an interval of 4 and 6. The last coupler 6's were tough. Hit the 800 in the hour. Aveerage of 13.3 calories a minute. Doing plenty of stairs at work and walking here as well.
Look out kiddies...I'm going to be back in shape quick.
yeah gaining weight is easy, but gaining healthy weight (aka. muscle), not so much
i have done a few leg workouts in the last couple weeks. feel pretty good about putting 4 plates on each side of the leg press and doing it without issue. *math*, that's 360 pounds plus whatever the rack weighs. last week i did more (2 extra 25 pound plates), but i didnt want to stress myself this week since ill be doing a lot of walking around saturday.
Ugh i need to lift so bad. I got this new device called a FitBit that tracks my steps, cals burned, sleep, flights of stairs, and it sync's with Myfitnesspal.com It's pretty snazzy but not it's worth the $97.00 i gave for it. We'll see. I do like that it adjusts my calories i can eat by how much i exercise.

Last night I worked on the dual heated seat switch, packed a pcm, then somehow ended up with a chainsaw in my hands. Still had a few 3 foot standing stumps that needed to be cut down. New chain on the saw and off to work I went. Started a fire to get rid of the xmas tree and some misc bs. Started cutting up some of the brush pile to burn, then topped it off with some raking. Turned into about a 4 hour workout.
Tonight is thirsty Thursday, going out with friends etc. Going to try and get some gym or raking time in before heading out.

i have been following this one routine. it doesnt have regular squats. it's a super meathead routine, so i dont have any doubt that it's not working out what i need to work out.
i dont do it as often as it wants me too since i like to do a little more cardio, though. basically lifting 3 days a week and running 2.
Losing weight is hard. If one stops eating it is so bad. I started the Kris Gethin 12 Week program, Im on week 5 and Im down 38 lbs. The diet is the hardest part, it gets expensive eating healthy foods for 6-7meals a day. But this program is fun and its working really well for me. Ill hopefully have a decent beach body by summer when this is over. Im sitting at 217.5 lbs right now, a year ago when i was still playing football I was 315 lbs. Yes, its hard work but it is so worth it, I have a goal in mind and Im not going to let up till I get there.
