    Does anyone know if you can hook up a shift light on the factory tach?

    im sure its possible although no one on here would prolly do it. its pretty pointless on an auto tranny car anyway. good luck tho

    Even if you could I'd never trust the factory gauge for shift indication at Full throttle redline shifts. It's scary how far off they can be if you have a quick revving car. Seen them as far off as 600 rpm at redline when compared to an after market tach.
    No More GTP for me.
