^ yep, you would be surprised to see how far power lines will stretch before the poles start to snap like toothpicks in central IA

Does removing the spare count as weight reduction?

winter aint bad. jeebus. I park outside too and I dont really care. I just start my car up, wait a few minutes, maybe scrap off the snow or ice and be on my way. I turn the TCS off everytime it snows and have at it.

Parts of Audubon County lost power for 7 days in a row over Christmas 2009 and 10 more days later in January/Feburary.

Dad's tractor on the generator was shut off once every 24hrs to check the oil (38 yr old tractor).

We parked a portable diesel barrel next to the tractor because dad learned a few years ago you can't unhook the generator and drive to the big barrel to get fuel with no power-the pump runs off of 110.
