Sorry to bash your new choice. I understand your excitment awd and turbo is very very fun. I myself own a typhoon and you wouldn't believe how many people hate on me when I bring it out. I had a few dsms before the phoon and they were all nightmares. What you got is very rare in the condition that it looks to be. Its a cool car for what they are but all bs aside are you sure its worth the same as what your grand prix is? Don't be blinded by the cool factor and rarity of the car, make sure your not taking a hit value wise because its a lot harder to find a buyer for the galant then it would be for a grand prix. You can talk all the **** you want about my comment but I wish people to me some of these things when I made dumb trades.

personally i dont think i'd trade for a vr4 but i do respect the car. gp is just a fast dd in my eyes. never drove one myself but i'd imagine the vr4 is 3x more fun to drive

The value comment. I live in the import west coast scene. Where Civic shells (no motor, trans, nothing) sell for 2k easy. GP's aren't saut after like they are over there. Had my car listed everywhere imaginable for 5k (which is taking a HUGE hit for what's in it). Not a single bite for that price. But man did I get a lot of calls asking if i'd take 4k or as low as 3k. So that being said, yes. They're even value wise. VR4's are rarely for sale, and when they are they easily gor for 6k out here. Street value is a mother****er

Neither can I, but they do. Hell sold my sisters EJ1 Civic, with a JDM D16Z1 (sorry, honda talk) for $6k... Here's the catch. The entire rear quarter panel was toast. Someone wrecked the car and seemingly tried to fix it themselves. Picked it up from a guy for $900 with a blown headgasket. Can you say profit? haha

Wow seriously. Then again, can't expect less, same thing for anyone who switches to something unique & rare.

It's a sick ass car bro, I personally like them for the rarity/coolness factor alone. And I'm into old box style cars, so there's another plus for me.

I'm not a import guy by any means, but I can appreciate awesome ones when found.

You people need to chill the hell out, and show some damn respect, it's %100 his choice, if you don't like it... either express your opinion in a respectable manner, or STFU.

But then again, asking you people to do that, is like asking god to win the lottery, it's not going to happen.

Some posts in this thread are so dumb. If I was a moderator...I would have deleted half of this. You can't honestly sit here and tell a guy he is dumb for buying a car he wants...which, I might add...is better than a rusted out, plastic crap interior, horrible ehxaust note, torque steering, piston popping, WBody.

Just saying. I respect it...good choice, have fun. Hope you still stick around cuz you ain't dumb in the 3800 world

Frankly, I don't approve, I don't like the car, it's older, ugly, and the only plus in my book is AWD which only gets you so far as a daily driver (unless you use it as a track car).... BUT by the same respect, you didn't ask my opinion so what I think is Irrelevant

So I will simply say good luck with your new car, I hope she runs well and problem free, and I hope you enjoy her even more than the GP... and that you stick around and chill with the people you would like to consider your friends. Grats on the new car and tell the haters to shove it
