some # kept calling me when i was at work the other day, finally when i got on my break, i called back to see who it was. no one answered, but right after i hung up they called back. Some lady with a southern accent, likely ill-educated by the way she talked answered and demanded who i was. I told her this number called me so i was returning the call. She goes, "oh ya? then why is your number on my mom's phone?" i reply "i have no clue, i dont think i know your mother...who even is this?" she continued to accuse me of something having to do with her mom. i finally told her i had no ****ing clue who carolina(her mom) was, im 16 i have no intentions to do business with a woman older than what the lady sounded like.

i have no clue what she was accusing me of, but whatever it was i dont get how people just assume **** like that

    im tired of people

we know the truth, yet prefer lies.
lies are simple. simple is bliss.
why go against tradition when we can admit defeat?

Part of why America is failing is because if our schools. I believe the teachers union needs to die. Then we can start fixing ourselves.

yeah i know exactly what you mean. i blame the paradox of progress.

for every advancement made in technology, interpersonal relations suffer.

people don't realize the negative side effects of mainly positive advances until it is too late. greed for time and convenience will be the death of this country.

Technoligy will be the end. My kids get no more then an hour a day of tv

Plus this is an entitlement society. Welfare,section8,food stamps, unemployment all this stuff allows people to fail
We need high import costs and bring manufacturing back to america

I'm 19 and live in one of the most liberal/democratic states in the US. Ever wonder where kids get their ideology? Try looking at the teachers. 90% are democratic that pound their own ideology into their students all day. I hated it, I couldn't stand most teachers. To go on what ZR1 said, unions are very liberal to say the least. Teachers are union workers. How are kids even supposed to see both sides of politics when the teachers are all one sided.

EDIT: Just a side note of the teachers at my school in the last year.. One 45 year old male was caught doing stuff with a 16 year old female student. Another teacher left his wife for his student teacher. Great ethics being taught here.

i had just the opposite, my history teacher was quite republican and made it obvious at every opportunity. so it's not just liberals.

to go with what noreason said, i couldn't agree more. i spent a year in college and the emails getting sent were ridiculous. it got to the point where i couldn't afford to sleep because of the information that never stopped being sent. ever. i couldn't get away from the emails, texts, calls, reminders, etc. it got so bad that i couldn't go to sleep before 430am. i'd check my email right before that and still wake up at 10 with anywhere from 10 to sometimes 30 emails. it got to be too much. i dropped out, even after getting a 4.0. it wasn't worth it. the education system is f*cked, and i refuse to be part of it.
