if you spent more that $1k on rims I would say yes you retarded. I just dont understand why people would buy rims for their car that are more than what their car is worth, and besides he said it was 2 grand for the rims, thats not even including tires. ok thats fine, im just saying what I think. 20's are too big and can hurt you if your not careful and besides you cant beat the stock wheels weight with out spending alot money to do it
