Mine was pretty cheap. I got my magnaflows and ubend done at the same time and it was 400 with tax for everything. The magnaflows were about $160 each other places i looked.

Just get a downpipe, you will be doing a lot more good with that.

X3, get a downpipe. If you have to have a Cat., get one with it, if not, just get the 3" bolt in offroad pipe. It's a fairly easy install, 4 bolts, just a ***** to get to 2 of them, and you'll want plenty of WD-40.
You'll pick up a little power, and add a little deeper tone to your exhaust.

If you do the U-Bend Delete...it'll gain 49 horsepower. Dyno proven.
