His letter, which is six pages long, is a pretty interesting read. He doesn't provide a lot of specifics, but it sounds like he was trying to get "creative" with his taxes over the years and the IRS caught up with him.
^yup, thats what happened.
He was being dishonest, and they were coming down on him, and I guess he had enough.
Sad that he did this and all, and he killed, looks like one other person in his rampage so far, the others are still recovering.

dude had some screws loose
The worst part is, the people he injured and killed aren't even the ones his letter is against. They're just cubicle workers, not the ones who make decisions.
