Iff (not a typo..) you have ER rockers.

Well, I installed my HV3 last year without any other mods and it has made an obvious difference in top end power. However according to my butt dyno, I’d put it at ~10whp. Over a couple casual emails with ZZP, Turbo Tim recommend setting my shift points to 6K to get more out of the insert. I would totally believe 30whp with 1.9 rockers at 6K rpm.
well I'm getting a DP and resonator delete this week, then hopefully ordering the HV3. And I'll be getting an overkill pcm, because I hear not-good things about zzp's pcm's lol
^^Agreed. And save the money deleting the resonator too. I mean...unless you like your car to sound worse than a D-Series hatch.
I know, I really wanted a gtp but insurance would have been crazy, and I couldnt pass my car up. But part of me wants to see what kind of power I can get out of a N/A 3.8.....
n/a mods are useless. the fastest my car went n/a was a 14.9 i bolted on the m90 and went 13.1 but its not an easy choice, if i was to do it all over again i would have left my car alone, and bought something else. so its totally up to you. speaking from experience i would tint it, nice set of tips, nice stereo and nice wheels. drive it as is. oh yeah and nice set of HID's
Yeah, i mean if i want a supercharged car, I'll just go out and buy a gtp but I like my car so I'll keep it. Tint and HIDs will be done by the end of this month. Exhaust work this week (if i keep the resonators, i'm ditching the cats) and rims farther down the road.
Well I gotta get a DP. N/A is 2.5 inch right? I just don't want anything to restrictive. And I deffinatly WONT put a flowmaster or anything like that on.
