helps with track times...
thats the first mod i should have done dropped 80 pounds lol
I'm 6'3, about 245 lbs. I don't think i'm a complete fat ass, but I could stand to lose 15-20 lbs. I got a little bit of a beer belly going on, otherwise my arms and legs are in great shape, especially my arms.
I haven't gained any weight in years, mostly thanks to work since i'm always active. I was about 210 when I graduated and I pretty much gained what I have now over that summer. Stayed the same all these years.
6'4, 165 lbs
wht kind of thread is this? wierddd
but 6'2 at 155 not fat either
you probably in your early 20's now, but wait til you're in your late, late 20's then your metab will slow down. your testosterone will also decreasing and that's when you starting to lose interest in your daily activities. at that stage you will see your gut hanging out. again maybe you might be lucky and won't get fat. some people are born lean and stay lean into their adult hood.
5'10" 220 Used to work out 5 times a week. Just getting back into lifting been drinking to much beer. Started back at the gym tonight.
5'9 is not 5'8 number one no matter how close it is together and and you posted 140 now your posting 142 so don't try and change it up.
I keyword I claimed to be 5'8 and after that i posted my weight. so im not sure wat your getting at? and even if 5'9 stated that u should be 140 and up thats still cutting it close.
So lets see...since I'm skinny as hell. I'd say I'm RIGHT on track around 140 lbs.
