in the service while in Japan my bench was 325lbs during a heavy period of training the shoulder tear was a result of climbing down from the operators cab on my crane. Just one of those stupid moves , the glove I was wearing got caught on a latch foucing the shoulder to seperate..have a total gym that I use at home but free weights are in the past.
My max was 290 bench 320 squat. Now like 230 bench don't really squat anymore just do leg press and stuff. Mostly trying to get running again with some light lifting.
5'11, about 155lbs
Turned 18 in september and bench 235, and my squat is up in the air cause I havent maxed on that for a longgggggg time.
6' 150-160 depending on the day/time of year. I guess all those years of varsity basketball payed off..
Going by that chart im large5'1 123ish after this weekend and all the vodka and pizza I would say 125 easy! LOL! So I would like to think im "funsized" LMAO

i gained 50 lbs in 3 years
Started working out and diet 1 week ago and ive lost 5lbs already....

the charts are retarded though i mean my lowest was 190 and i looked sucked up my ideal weight is 220ish i actually look healthy
