i already responded not guilty, justwaiting for a letter tellng me my court date

im sure it is on the log, i passed the tests he gave me and i was just trying to be honest with the man, he let me drive home, i must have been alright to drive...

oh i learned, im just trying to loose the points, im going to college soon and dont need expensivER insurance. Also, when i turn 18 doesnt my record turn clean?

no, your driving record and criminal record are completely different

There is a da in ohio for traffic cases. It can be minutes before the judge sees you here in ohio. He doesn't want to waste the judges' time. As long as you settle with what he offers..... you're good. I've only seen the judge once.

f**k google. You can win..... if you have the time and money or it's some outlandish case. Plead not guilty. Worst can happen is being convicted of what you were originally cited for!

can you answer that?

He would just be there to keep from wasting the judge's time. Take pics of the stop light and how it works and show it to him. Show multiple angles and possibilities of the outcomes. No matter what, you can't get charged more than what the officer wrote you up for. All you can do is break even or get a lesser charge. Like I said, I honestly don't know what lesser charge is than yours. That is a weak charge being that you were high. But...... you can't be charged with more than an illegal left turn. That's weak! If there is no DA, you will see the judge straight up. Then you will be charged with illegal left turn...... big deal.

ill explain how most of the time your at a light with an arrow, when it turns green most people in the straight lane inch forward or jump a little. Its the same situation just reversed.

is 3 points on insurance even going to effect it?
