Man I can not believe my eyes when I woke up this morning. It looks like a freakin blizzard outside my window here in St. Louis. It was almost 70 degrees on Saturday and a little bit higher on Sunday. And then fast forward just one day and its back to 23 degrees and today, Tuesday, it looks like a white-out outside my window.

Man oh man..........I guess Al Gore was right about "Global Warming"

Of course my winter rims rubber is in dire need of being changed, the last little "sleet storm" we had here, all 4 inches of sleet, really made me realize I should not be driving on these tires lol.

It is a good thing I was to lazy to put on my TSW wheels being tricked by the nice weather

I hope everyone else's weather isnt so bad after yesterdays Torando warnings and such!

Dude you are sleeping your life away if you saw the blizzard when you woke up. The roads were clear when I left for work this morning. Looking out my office window west across the city...it is a beautiful site... well beautiful until I have to go outside to go home.

Don't worry, I will be driving in this crap later today on the way to work. I am trying to formulate "excuses" to be late or not show to work at all

Luckily no one I work with reads these boards

It just started snowing here earlier it was ice. It's snowing but you can hear ice hitting the windows also. I wish we would have made it up to 70 this weekend I would have been outside it got to 56 yesterday and in about 2 hours it was 38. I hate winter oh yea it sures sounds like this is Global Warming!!! I wish they could tell people why it was warmer 100 years ago then it is now!!

Here is living proof of how bad it is here!!! This is after the first wave. I figured it would be a good time to shovel the drive way.

Here is the measurement before the 2nd wave hit....

The start of the second wave!!!

I will have my video up in a little bit once its done loading....

    Here is the video...

Well worked just called, cause I called earlier and my car was "stuck" in a ditch just outside my apartment complex. And they asked how things were going, and I said I had to walk back home Beth, in our Network Operations group told me that they just shut down the highways here in St. Louis. Not sure if its just 270 or what, but they said they are closed.

    Snow Day

I took me almost 3 hours to travel 26 stinking miles Office closed at noon and it was almost 3:00 when I rolled in the gargage. The hiway was ice and none of the non hiway roads were plowed. We have closer to 10" of snow here.

NO............I know IF I would go out there right now, that would probably happen. My tires, on my winter rims, should have been replaced before the season hit. They are not bald, but I am sure if I had them checked they would probably say they are not road worthy.

I know when I drove that 4" of sleet last time, my car was swimming all over the place. And now with this stuff, I would be in a ditch for sure.

Let us know how many inches of snow you got up there. I am curious to see how much the Northern people got as compare to us in St. Louis.

The news just said that we will probably have a couple of inches on the ground by the morning. Were about to get something nasty radar shows orange but don't know if its going to be ice or snow.

oh sure, now you are going to take another measurement to upstage me.

I'm going to find a snow drift and we'll see who has the most snow I'll be walking of course.
