I really hope this diesn't die, I would like to see this guy get what's coming to him and/or us get our $$ back. Is there anything we can do, or just sit and wait?

Their is lots you can do. Right now he has no pressure on him. No one calling, no one knocking on his door. Someone needs to play "bill collector" and start putting some pressure on him. Im sure he has family members that have listed numbers. Look them up and start calling these people and tell them what he did. Their is also members on here that live near him. Go knock on his door. Im not up on the US laws but it may be hard for the police to press charges. They may say its a civil dispute and the people burned will have to pursue their loss. I dont know. Has anyone considered that because he had a business that maybe he's filed for bankruptcy? Its a sh!tty deal and he should be horse whipped. Paypal will never be able to recoup your losses. Use a pre-paid mastercard and you will never be burnt again.

I doubt it was a real business. I can't see where he did enough business to have a tax id and stuff. But income is income to the IRS. I am sure they would be interested to know if he's been skimming them saying he only works at McDonald's as the Sr. Fry Cook.

I was thinking SOMEONE has to live close to him- I'm in Ohio- too far. I would just really like to hear why he did this- like someone said in the other thread- it didn't seem planned, or he would have taken more- so what was it-
