We have been contacted through pypal regarding the fraud complaint that you filed against us. I need your address so we can shipped your item out to you that you purchased through us several weeks ago. Paypal just finished the investigation and has instructed us to ship your item to you. Unfortunatly you did not have an address on file with your payment. We were instructed by paypal to not ship your item out until the investigation had been complete. If you like you can respond through them and they will foward that information to us.

not true lately ive gotten a few payments and no address's have been included in them (not sure why) atleast 5 of them. but im DEF not taking up for him i mean weeks, MONTHS and your just now getting back to someone seriously thats pathetic

TDC:You do not have to thank me. This has been a pretty big disaster on my end as well as yours i'm sure. I appoligize your item was not delivered to you within our policy guidlines. Paypal was not making this any easier to deal with and get your product shipped out to you either. But this is no one's fault but mine.

Oh for sure. We all know he closed out his account and thus has no shipping addresses for us. Saying he can't get them via PayPal is a joke.

I also find it funny that he has told some people that "this was a disaster" on his end, yet in the PM he sent me, he claimed twice that the only reason that he didn't ship the item was because PayPal wouldn't show him the shipping address Dude can't keep his stories straight and is still jerking us around as far as I am concerned.

Whats next, ship us total garbage so he can prove that he shipped it out, ending the fraud claim. Try to get detailed pics of the ACTUAL product first before allowing him to send products to you.

Some of you here need to stop being so naive. Whatever excuses he gives is pure BS. He took you guys for a run and you guys called him out on his bluff. Keep the pressure on him, and don't let up. Even if you all get your product back, he might try to get onto some other forum and screw others over.

He never came back on here to apologize and explain his supposed issue. So all these Pm's or paypal issues is all BS. He could have refunded all your payments but he chose not too.

wow, i am so glad i found this thread. i was plannin on buying a few things from this dude when i get back from my deployment to japan, not now!! i did find it kind of funny that everytime i said i wanted somethin, i wound up getting a pm from him saying he could sell it to me. i did buy a fwi from him a while ago, and surprisingly it was 100% fine. that was before all this though. hope it all gets fixed!! i hate people that take advantage of others, especially thru business.

I am not naive. I am just stating what was said to me in the first contact he has made since this mess. Also you have not lost anything to him and had no useful information on the subject, so don't post in this thread. This thread is the one we are trying to keep free from all the bs and just have information for those looking for it.
