Hes going to burn the mustang world aswell
then he will pop up in ricer land and burn them
someone link me to the username
I actually just emailed the owner/creator of corral.net and let him know gave him parkers screen name and sent him a link to this thread
The owner of the site emailed me back and i gave him links to this and the other one plus all parkers info there
And he said he would check it out over there and see if he has any usefull info and such
any updates on what law enforcement is doing about this and why they arent doing more to prevent this(take Parker to court and fine him) to keep him from screwing others over in the future. They should repo his mustang, auction it off and refund money to people he screwed over. Anyone heard what is going on from the legal end of things? Sounds to me like the police don't want to deal with it and are sweeping it under the rug. Somebody please correct me.
Sounds to me like you watch to many tv sitcoms.........
The Police's hands are tied in a situation like this because they need to conduct an investigation and collect evidence to present in a court room. Now even though they do it in 20 minutes on law & order....this process can take 6+ months to put together a strong case. This crime isn't a "photographical" offense. What I mean is that you can't take a picture of what happened like you could with lets say an assault. You have witnesses and such with an assault. This type of crime is called a "white collar" offense and is time consuming. How can the police justify taking away his mustang? How would you feel if a couple people accused you of something and the police took away your car. I'm not trying to defend this douche at all....but it's called "Due Process"..........look it up. How they are "sweeping it under teh rug" is beyond me....
Believe me, I am not getting any of this from tv. If you would have read all of these posts you would know that the police person who was taking care of this case has not contacted a lot of people involved directly involved in this and he has also not responded to people from this forum who have asked questions about the case. I know it takes time but it has been several months and no communication/updates from the police. That is why I said it seems to me that they are sweeping it under the rug. a couple of people did not accuse him of anything. At last count I believe it was at least 25 to 30 people involved that were ripped off. If he owed you money and was still selling things and making money off of them, wouldn't you want your money returned? Due process...fine. He should be tried at some point(soon) Like I said, I hope I am wrong...but he is just sitting there making more money right now and not refunding money like he should be. It isnt like there is no evidence that this never happened, in a case like this it should be pretty cut and dried. There is a list of people involved, supposed product or services and a money total. What more is involved after proving money was paid to Parker and no product/service was delivered. Just saying that the police should be on this case and not delaying....if they are using this time and it is needed, great. It just looks bad like they dont give a $hit when people ask questions and commmunicate with them and they don't reply.
I have read the whole post. I it seems like the majority of the people either didn't bother to email or call Sgt. Harlowe, or they got their items and decided that was good enough. Last I read in this post, only about 10-12 people actually contacted the investigator, and less than HALF of that forwarded him the necessary paperwork. I understand that other people got scammed, but THEY have to step up and do the right thing.
Not only that buy did you ever try and call the investigator??? What type of questions are being asked? The investigator is working on this case plus I'm sure many others, and the last thing on his mind is responding to someone about how the case is going or when they should receive their stuff.
I'm just saying you are quick to judge the system, that's all. The system isn't perfect, but when it does work, it works very slowly. Pick up the phone and call him directly if you are that concerned. And if those "other" members are that concerned they should call also.
you actually browse the forum that way?
And no, probably not.
his damned fwi doesnt fit right...and i paid too much. can i find him and beat him down with it? lol
Its a shame nothing ever happen to him![]()
