if i canceled my debit card how can i get refunded..id rather get ANY parts rather then being out 150 bucks..eh i just emailed the sgt.
I got the mass email today as well. Still have not received parts nor have I received a refund. E-mailing the Sgt. back as I'm typing this.

Email from Sarg. responded to with details of PM's with Parker, and also that no refund or products have come my way.
I have yet to get an email from Sgt. Harlowe or from Parker about my $145.99 he took from me months ago.

i bought a fwi from him back in january. it took him two months to ship it out, and the couplers/hard ware were missing. he then later sent that box and it still was missing hardware. i didnt really care at the time, i was on a western pacific deployment and didnt really drive to work everyday you know, but he was somewhat rude (gave him benefit of doubt, he was busy) and took forever to get back to any of my questions. i just gave up and went bought the missing hard ware for the fwi install...
I got my refund from Visa and I've emailed the Sgt. to tell him that as well.
Is there still no explanation for this whole ordeal?
The explanation was...he scammed people. Now it is being investigated. I hope he sees jail time for this and a hefty fine.
I don't even want my **** from him, I don't trust putting anything he sends me into my engine.
Got a message from the Sgt. today. It was forwarded to me from Parker:
" Can you confim his address for me? I have NOT been able to contact him. I have his parts sitting here waiting to go out. The address I have on file for him is not a valid address."
Kind of a ridiculous response (I haven't been able to contact him either, go figure) but I responded back... we'll see what happens.

I would demand the money not the stuff. The stuff is going to do half of you no good since it was for car parts two or three months ago that you probably ended up purchasing somewhere else or bought something else instead. If I were all of you, I would not trust him sending any product. I would simply demand a refund of the money so that you can buy from a trusted, reliable source.
O NOES! I've got a UPS delivery attempt notice... for a "METAL TUBE AIR FILTER" from "PARKER TRURIER"
I'm going to inspect it before signing (On Monday of course). Only fair because thats technically the procedure, but no one ever follows it.
Got a "box" which looks like it was beaten to ****. Pipe was fine minus the budget cuts and no sanding, filter was a bit beaten but still usable, coupler with two clamps present and NO BLOCK OFF PLATE.
Also no hole for IAT sensor, going to drill a hole in the coupler but still... I seem to recall there being a hole with a grommet installed being the original style.
If this guy comes back... be sure to steer anyway AWAY from his product: not as advertised, missing parts, shipped Nov 7th, purchased Aug 15th/16th.
