this may be a day before this post was made but the whole where is TDC has been going on since early august....if he logged in that recently why havent people heard from him....just decided id do some investigating b4 i put my self up there backing him up....not saying im not anymore but this is gettting suspicious none the less.

that is kind of the same thing that I did. I checked on when he was last here, saw that the link was removed, and also started listening to the people who have put orders in up to a month ago that still have not been shipped, or there is still no communication for that order. Also time to change your sig and delete the website link, but no time to make a one minute post? Just a lot of coincidences adding up....I wish the guy the best but it doesnt look good from my viewpoint right now.

good point tho, i dont think anyone is really bashing him as a person, but more so questioning TDC as a company... they are two seperate things alltogether.

This thread should be deleted, its obviously in the wrong section, it should be in the RANT section.

Instead of *****ing and nothing productive coming out of this, how about we get the story straight and then just start a list of the people who have pending orders to be received. That way other people can be assured that they are not the only one's waiting and get in contact with one another in CASE the orders cannot be filled. So here it goes, let me know if somethings wrong and i will keep editting this post.

-his last login was Sept. 1, but has been in contact with other members and let them know of his emergency
-he has always been true to his customers in the past
-he knows that we know where he lives
-Give him time.

Wow, that was alot of back and forth to read... All I can say is if a guy own's his own business, he needs to be the one relaying the message. I will only believe and listen to what Parker has to say. If he had the time to talk Matt5112 through paypal, he should have time to talk to ALL of his customers. I can respect someone if they have personal issues to deal with, but I dont personally know any of you on this board (ie. those who are backing him up). With this said, I made a business transaction with Parker, not to any of you on this board so to believe words out of your mouth is difficult for me to do. I am trying to be nice and respect everyone here and by no means making this a personal bash. Just trying to make a civil post.

To those who purchased items from him, I am sure you can all agree with me that if someone has had a loss you can respect the person for the situation that they are in. But, if you own a business, your reputation is reflected upon your customer service. That's all I am trying to say.

To FoSHO99, thank you for directing me to this post. Here are the items I purchased and last time I talked to him.

8-25-09 - Ordered one red aeroforce gauge (silver bezel, silver face), money sent thru paypal
8-26-09 - Ordered another red aeroforce gauge (silver bezel, silver face), dual splitter cable, and two supercharger oils, money sent thru paypal

Last time he e-mailed me was on Friday, August 29th. I was told my items were to be shipped out Monday, August 31st. Never heard from him a shipping confirmation so I sent out a follow-up e-mail this past Thursday, Sept. 3rd. Still have not received a response.

Again, not trying to make this a bashing post, on a personal level I'm a respectful person. I only know him through a business transaction and as a customer, I would just appreciate a response/answer.

Max really expressed exactly what I'm thinking. I payed for a FMHE on 8-26-09 through paypal, so add me to the list. I hope everything works out ok for him. But he held himself out as a business rather than just some guy who does this on the side. He can do that and people will be more apt to do business with him, but at the same time it means customers are expecting more professionalism than some guy doing this on the side (i.e. communication). I'm not in a hurry, and I can empathize with his situation. He just needs to take 30 seconds and post on here the situation, assure us that we will be taken care of, and he should really offer refunds to anyone who wants it at this point. I can understand that at times of personal tragedy you might have a hard time finding time to ship out a bunch of orders but to just post up a message here is not asking much at all.

If you read that post he made, it shows that he had more available a day later. When I was in contact, he stated he added more to the sale. For whatever its worth, thats what I was told.

I am also giving him a deadline of Thursday. I understand grievances, but come on. I also own my own business and you cannot just disappear when you owe people anything be it products, refunds, or services. It is just unprofessional. And when you do come back, you are likely to have lost quite a few customers because of it. I wish him all best truly hope he pops back on here soon.
