In the interests of peace and no further derailment, I won't even continue the argument. I'll simply avoid any negative comments about a GP and not mention the S-word or I-word. Thanks to everyone who PM'd me. I didn't really want to go, since despite what mr. stubborn thinks I do feel I have something to offer.
I'll just say that I've been saying the same things since I first got here about the GPs. I made it clear in my first few posts and have said it dozens of times since that I don't like their looks, how w-bodies are a dime a dozen, etc. But now that I don't own a w-body it makes it less acceptable? Okay.
If my current vehicle ownership makes those comments now offensive then I'll apologize. I don't feel my attitude or "tone" towards it has changed at all. Perhaps some people took some of my joking comments too seriously, but c'est la vie I guess.
Then shouldn't I be one of the premier people to comment on that? It was five almost six years old, and I realized my mistake after I did it. Sure, it was fun, at first. After that wore off and I realized how much money I just dumped into an aging car that could've gone towards something better, it made me feel like it wasn't worth it. That's my first hand experience on the matter. I guess I'm in a "learn from my mistake" mood...
