unplug the maf car off, then fire it up. but with a 102 code the maf wires are bad, or the maf.
is it idling that high on its own? or you holding it there?

Just had the nicest several sentence long compliment from a lady who works at a place I buy Grape's gas. She was changing trash bags. She called it a her and said it was "that pretty car" a lot of times and that she sees it go past all the time. There was a spanking new red Italian exotic pulling out as I pulled in, a Ferrari or Lotus maybe. Wonder if they got the same comment lol
Tire research sucks though. Reviews are bunk. I am learning to read between the lies on specs, its kinda like choosing paint in that way.
I'll need a fresh coil before I can install the MSD distributor on the 455. Meh, whats on it now works good. But that new rig is fancy and has a rev limiter and easily modified advance adjustments. Maybe I'll get something brewing this year and do the heads, cam, trans swap, fix that one header, paint the engine and use it. Hmm. Its kinda cool out, think I'll go scoot around in it some more right now.
What I'm still getting my mind around is the classes... touring, grand touring, etc. I may end up with a pair of RT43s, they do have some similar points. They will be discontinued the instant I make a purchase lol. There are a couple older HPs with the lesser speed rating still lingering on my GT. I could deal with having those mixed in, but since they are on different wheels its gonna stay ugly until I get some swapping done at a tire shop. I'm needing to get some 15s for the 69 also. Killin me man.
Drove the GT to work and got a P0650 MIL control circuit malfunction. Whutevz. Cleared it. Runnin good!
Maintainence log, earthdate May 29, 2016: Cleaned up the pulleys and stuck new V-belts on the big GP today. Ah, silence!
Mmm, juices. Still waiting for the steak. I like em well done but dang... that taters gettin cold.
personally i thought you were going to say you had a mental break down and beat the living **** out of the driver. that **** aint right 1 year to the dam day and you wreck again!!!! If that happened i would go down there with some bubble wrap and make sure your safe. I remember how bad it messed you up.
The way I decided on the RT43's when I had them was from TireRack tests. I looked at reviews and they were similar to another tire I was considering, but the testing TireRack did convinced me to go with the Generals.Tire research sucks though. Reviews are bunk. I am learning to read between the lies on specs, its kinda like choosing paint in that way.
I'm running Falkens now because I couldn't pass up the price point of $300 for 4 tires for similar tires to the Generals.
Unbelievable! I just fixed a tire at home and thats a major revalation for this old man. Wow, having an air compressor rocks.
Had an every other day low tire on the GTP's LF. It was one of the wheels off the 40th and has a light scuff where the leak was. But since that wreck, I had new tires put on. Well, I reckon they left some tree bark or something in the bead because thats what it looked like stuck in there. Just a tiny bit. Two tries cleaning it out with a pocket screwdriver and blowing the chunxx out got it to seal so woot. Fixed my own tire!
I had that exact thought not five minutes ago... to just buy one if I'm gonna drive junk. It just sucks not knowing FP.
Wondering if its just this tank of gas. I only buy at two places and the last place I filled up was much much older than the other station. I've only been getting gas there a few months but who knows how long ago the gas truck left, y'know? Maybe I'll throw a filter at it just to see what comes out but its acting pretty normal. Perhaps its my perception of time changing and I'm not cranking long enough this week. Remember when I thought my pump went out because I just spaced pumping the gas? Yeaaaah, I'm as slick as 40 grit sandpaper.
We are running the RT43 generals on our murano. 25K miles. Wife and I really like them.

Jake had the same encounter a few months ago in his Mustang and ended up curbing it hard, breaking a Bullitt and bending an axle. I might have centered the light pole had she clipped me. At least I can honk now, when I have that reflex.
