As long as I can get my fuel rails done in time i will be running the intercooler, I just bought a frozen boost!!!, I think i need to get a 2.8 pulley and some tranny parts now.

I had that IC in my hands when I went to go pick up my car. Hope this build throws down some nice numbers!

Yea its a pretty cool design, i dont think its as thick as the zzp full stack, but it shouldnt heat soak and its bar and plate style. Ill be shooting for 330 to the wheels.

    xp, heads, headers, gen5, ic, 60#ers, E85........

If you cant make 330whp somethings wrong! Ohh and your going to want a pulley smaller than that 3.0 too!

Won't be an issue, but yeah just don't pulley drop. You'll essentially have a giant blower spacer :P, but you are going to need a longer belt, And i would wait to buy one until you have the smaller pulley on it.

Yea, I could just run it without the supercharger belt on it, I have to get it to my house to install the heat exchange, then to pauls to get it tuned, I wonder if I would be able to run the 3.0 without a tune to pauls house, its like a 40 mile drive.

    You could run a 2.6".

Just don't get into boost at all.

    Simple.

I need to get some smaller pulleys first lol, im thinking 2.8 will be good but i have no idea how well the heads will flow yet. Also im getting 2 tunes, one for 93 and one for e85, I should be able to run a 3.0 intercooled 93, so somewhere between 2.8 and 2.6 with e85. Btw i got an 8rib setup so I shouldn't have any slip

as long as you're not rolling into boost...what difference would pulley size make?

would be the same with any forced induction car.

Possible yes, pointless yes! I understand what you mean no boost no big deal however too much throttle and I can see things going wrong so why risk it?
Might as well just take the SC belt off and drive it...........
