I just didn't know if you sold it or still had it. My post didn't come off correctly. I feel like this is an upgrade but I did enjoy how low the cobalt was. I assume you took all the suspension off and stuff and you are a solid uncle

I gotcha...I did as well, buuuut...that setup would have gave my niece brain damage from all the shaking and pogo'in.

I sold the coils to some cobalt guy in Ohio by SubaruMikey...and I put it on new SS/TC suspension with KSport drop springs.

Damage was done long before he ever though about dropping a Slobalt on coils.

    No halps.

    Unless you dew fur free.

    *Just a little update*

As for this weekend, flushing/changing fluids, and installing the 3" DP. Removed the resonator last week...really gave it a much better exhaust note. Can't wait to get it tuned later this month to get rid of that silly DOD either.

Maybe I'll get an exhaust video up. Also decided on my mufflers...going with Bassani BX universal stainless units...and of course my uselessly large 4" G8 GXP tips like the blue car. Then tint. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I am sooo late to the party, as always. I approves of the wrong wheel driver. DOD delete kits? LOL... Save your $$$. Just command the PCM to a value which will never be seen and voila'. Keep in mind, the DOD lifters require oil pressure to be applied to disengage them, so if the PCM never sees the command, problem solved. Do this before anything, those phukkerz are known to sj!t the bed. I just got done putting #7 lifters in my '06 Envoy due to procrastination.

Bummers on the Envoy, didn't even know they had a V8 option anyways...but it's getting tuned after I get the trans cooler and shift kit installed...which is probably happening this weekend. I debated the DOD delete kit but after reading up on the stupid VLOM modifications you have to make...along with swapping the lifters at the same time...I passed. I will still have to get a LS3? I think, valley tray, and modify the DOD plug I believe...to upgrade the intake manifold...which I'll be getting Bio's once he upgrades his Or my old man's LS1 intake when we put an LS6 on it. Either or will help a metric crap ton over this horrid LS4 manifold.

Just disable it for the time being. It'll last longer than you need it to. Yes, they built V8 'Voys and TBs, just not 6.0 versions such as the TBSS. This one is a Denali with Aluminum block 5.3L and 3.73s... Still gheyer than AIDS. Who cares, she likes it. I have inherited the GTP coupe as a result.
