Seeing is believing, and there isn't much to see in this thread.

So...Will I have my clutch, turbo, intercooler, and tune in before you get the headers in?

That's my yard. And yeah, it's a good 5 feet up. The garage is dug down and closer to street level. House on a hill means no water in the basement.

i got the headers back earlier today. i gotta do a once over check and make sure i've got everything. i know for sure i still need gaskets. i also need to get the wideband installed into the car so i can just plug the o2 sensor in and be done with it when the headers go in.

gonna go snag my headlights back from my friend.

he decided he didn't want to do them. he is worried that he'll screw them up because they're vastly different than the headlights that he's used to doing (subaru).

i am in talks with another guy that does basically anything anyone sends him and he sounds confident that he can do them no problem. i gave him all the information i could find about them and he still seemed good to go. since he also does a lot of retrofits i said that while the housing is open to take a peek at the projector lens. if it's something that can easily be swapped for something more clear then i'll give him the go ahead on that, too. the stock projector lenses are fairly cloudy as-is.

soo....yay to blacked out headlights finally?

they're fine. an upgraded lens would be cheap so long as they're easily replaceable and would increase the stock projector performance enough to satisfy me.

although they're already nice headlights to me how they are. i don't need the best headlights on the road.

i never took a picture of the coating on the headers. so here's a picture of that:

and here's the baller trailing arms i have. they've got a fun bend to fit wider wheels/tires out back. and they're beefy.
