The larger side of the arm's bushings are done. I figured I needed to cut 7mm off of each bushing half, then used a very sophisticated measuring device to mark the bushing. By that I mean I took a thumb tack, cut it down to 7mm, then held it up to the bushing and used a bread knife to mark the poly. Pic of that:
You can see the others in these pics, the Dremel cut off blade didn't cut deep enough so I had to take said bread knife and finish it off. It was a rough cut as planned. I always cut stuff to big so I have room for error:
Then I used my normal grinder to smooth out the cuts and get it just right:
They line right up to the outside of the arm perfectly, I'm going to paint the arms so I'm not installing the bushing quite yet. From past experience, I know they are a ***** to remove, lol:
