Im thinkin whenever i get a car that i might do the retrofit myself. But then again i live like 15 miles away from DDM Tuning and HID Masters, DDM has good HIDs for cheap and HID Master can do a retrofit for me and put em on and has Warranty on em too. I think its like 2 yr or lifetime. THey also get all there retro fit stuff and projectors from the Retrofit source which is good cause i think they are the best place to get them from. Im lucky to be near them
yeah I'll take plenty of pictures although ill be using drunkies how to, to help me out. It'll probably take me a lil while to do it as I still don't really know to much about them n would like to make em decent. Idk what hid ballasts I have but I'm reusing them and I woulda bought from ddm if I was just going that route.

Haha yeah I went full force into modding it! I went with DNAs because of your post! Do you still have them? Mine dropped pretty decent. Unfortunately like all others the rear not so much so idk what I'm gonna do about that. I'd like ssc rears lol but I don't like how ssc's front is higher than the rears. In a little pickle. So ssc rear with DNA front but that's some money to just waste. So well see what happens! Not too worried about it now. Mines an 06 n I haven't checked what brand or kind pcm I have. So since yours is a delco you can't tune or drop a different pcm in? I talked to will at overkill n I'd need one from an 04 or 05. N ill buy them cts brakes!! Haha

Got the rest to start the retro! Maybe Saturday because I have off I can take a looky, although I'd like to paint my lower bumpers because it should be a nice day! So well see what happens.
    eBay headlights! Still only 90$

n harbor freight special dremel! Haha came out to $20 with a coupon. Regularly like $40-50 or something and basically everything in the store is on sale. Sawzalls are only $20 n that's without a coupon! Haha but this is a cordless, has an extension n a bunch of bits. All I need it for is to cut the back of the headlights and trim off the rear of my radio inside the dash because of that bump it pops the bottom out, so idc if its cheap

Its only the 08 acdelcos that are screwed. Cant do ANYTHING with it. If you put in any other pcm the car wont start. But yeah im still rocking the dna's. I would go lower but my exhaust already scrapes speedbumps

Omega you could run dual PCM's one to keep the securities and the other for tuning. Maxima guys do it all the time.

Haha aww man, how's the exhaust scrape?? Is it just hanging there haha. Mine literally didn't lower at all I don't think. Maybe half inch most.

N that's a good idea drunkie has if that's possible. How would ya connect em to each other tho? Or would you plug some stuff into one n some in the other?

HA, its cheaper on amazon 60$ for the pair. well thats how much i got it for about 7 months ago or i think a year ago.

if you can get a comparison at night of the output of the retrofit like on one side and the regular lamp on the other. Id like to see the difference side by side and if my bro sees it then he really will be into getting retrofit done. Take your time on it though no rush bro.

That will never happen lol. There's a reason I immediately scraped off the gay gold pin stripe that came on the side of the car when I bought it.

HaHa lol took me 5 years before I noticed how much those pins irritated me. They were a b!tch to get off with a rubber wheel.
Take some time on those lights. They are going to look nice, don't forget the progress pics.
